Timing is Everything Choosing the Right Time to Have Breast Augmentation

The decision to have breast implants placed into your body should not be taken lightly. Deciding when to have the breast surgery should be a part of your overall thought process on the subject. Are there times that are better than others in a womanโs life? Indeed, there are certainly better times than others for breast augmentation. Honoluluโs best plastic surgeon will be able to discuss all of the pros and cons with you regarding this important issue.

Finish Growing
Young girls should not get breast implants, and neither should older teenagers. You need to give your body time to grow to its adult size before you decide that you donโt like the size of your breasts and want larger ones. Some girls have breasts that grow slowly, making them late bloomers. Other girls appear to be finished developing by age 18 and then their breasts go through another growth spurt. Be patient with yourself and give your body the time to grow, develop, and take shape before you decide to alter it. The one exception to this rule is girls who have a deformed breast, or girls who have suffered damage to their breasts as the result of an accident.

You also need to be mature enough to make a life altering decision, such as whether or not to get breast implants. Plastic surgery carries as many potential risks and complications as every other type of surgery and should never be taken lightly.

Pregnancy
Breast implants are for women who have finished having children, as opposed to those who have yet to have them. If your childbearing years are just upon you, or if you plan to have more children, hold off on thoughts of breast augmentation until pregnancies are well behind you.

Getting pregnant and giving birth causes the breasts to change in size and shape as the mammary glands enlarge. Being pregnant will also cause your skin to swell and stretch. If you have breast implants before you have your children, you may need to alter them again afterwards, due to the fact that they may not return to the shape they were before the pregnancy.

Lifestyle
What type of lifestyle do you live? If you are involved in a number of activities, you will need to plan your operation around these activities. You must also calculate in the length of time it will take you to recover. If you are a student, you will need to book your breast surgery during one of your breaks, such as your winter break or over the summer. If you work, then you will need to take time off in order to have the surgery, as well as to recuperate sufficiently.

You will only need to take a few days off to have the surgery and begin to heal; however, you will be sore for a number of weeks and therefore will have to adjust your schedule accordingly. Individuals who work out at the gym on a regular basis will have to forego their rigorous workouts until they are completely healed and instead opt for taking walks and light activities.

If you enjoy seasonal activities, then schedule your surgery for your off season. For example, swimmers or those who enjoy boating and other summer activities would be well advised to plan their breast surgery for the autumn or winter months.

Good Health
It is imperative that you are in good health when you decide to undergo a breast implant surgery. Schedule an appointment with your medical doctor for a complete physical before you have a consultation with Honoluluโs best plastic surgeon. Being in top notch health is less likely to bring about complications. This will also ensure that your recovery period goes more smoothly.

A breast augmentation surgery by a Honolulu plastic surgeon can significantly increase your confidence. When your breast implants are placed during an optimal time in your life, you ensure greater, positive, long-term results.

WORLDS LARGEST ONLINE WHOLESALE OUTLET

To make the bead and pipe cleaner ornaments, you need common pipe cleaners in desired colors and acrylic beads. Two types of beads are particularly effective when strung on pipe cleaners. One type are called sunburst beads, but are also known as paddlewheel beads, snowflake beads, or starburst beads. These beads have six faceted paddles spaced equally around a center that contains the hole for stringing. When several of these sunburst beads are strung consecutively, they fit against each other in an interlocking pattern.

The other type of bead that is also effective for this Christmas craft is called the tri bead or propeller bead. It has three rounded bumps arranged around the stringing hole. Like the sunburst beads, the tri beads interlock when strung consecutively. For the most sparkly and attractive Christmas ornaments, get tri beads and/or sunburst beads in translucent colors of red, green, and clear. The tri beads can also be found in metallic gold and silver which can be used in this Christmas craft as well.

Pipe cleaners can be found in silver and gold tinsel as well as chenille of all colors. For the Christmas craft, the best colors to use are the metallics and Christmas colors. The beads cover the pipe cleaners, but the ends will need to be twisted together and made into hangers, so they show.

Anyone, even small children, can string these beads on pipe cleaners. Bend up the end of the pipe cleaner so the beads don't fall off. The pipe cleaner works like a needle, making a needle unnecessary. For best results, show the children how to alternate colors when stringing, or start a pattern of three colors. When the beads are strung on the pipe cleaners, they can be bent into different Christmas shapes. For instance, string red and clear beads alternately, then bend down one end of the pipe cleaner for a candy cane shape. Or alternate red and green beads and form a circle for a wreath. Use red pipe cleaner to form a small bow to decorate the wreath. Form a hanger for the Christmas craft or simply slip the circle over a branch of the tree.

If you experiment with clear beads and silver pipe cleaners, you can make some beautiful snowflake or star ornaments. Snowflake designs can be twisted of silver pipe cleaner only, without the beads for a simple but pretty decoration.

A Daddy Baby Shower - New Twist on the old Baby Shower

Written by Mr.Jongruk on 3:28 AM

By Randy Wilson

Try something new, a Daddy Baby Shower. Even though no one would realistically expect a new daddy-to-be to sit around with his closest buddies, opening baby shower gifts and playing party games while oohing and aahing over the imminent birth of his child. That doesnt mean that Dad cant have a baby shower-type celebration. Daddy deserves to celebrate the birth of his child, too!

Of course, the term baby shower does invoke visions of baby themed parties. Like the one described above when planning a baby shower. So perhaps baby shower is not an appropriate name for this get-together. Why limit yourself with a label, anyway? Call it a celebrating-Jims-impending-fatherhood party, if you want, instead of baby showers for dad.

Here are a few suggestions to make this type of party one for daddy-to-be to remember:

Play Games:

Well, not baby shower games. But you can play poker, horseshoes or even a game of shirts-n-skins football in the back yard.

Eat, Drink, and Be Merry:

Have tons of fattening and not-good-for-you foods. Make spareribs, cheese steaks, wings, and anything else you can eat with your hands and make a mess with. The wives wont be there to complain and you can grunt all you want. Have some beers (or soda if you prefer) and barbecue.

Last Night Out:

Take the dad-to-be out for a night on the town to rival his bachelor party. Do some bar hopping, play some pool, shoot some darts, and dont go home until you are kicked out of at least three places. Keep Dad safe, though, and designate someone to stay sober and make sure everyone gets home in one piece. You might also want to check with mom-to-be to make sure she is okay with this plan. She is, after all, pregnant and might not be all that amenable to the last-night-out-before-fatherhood party.

Gifts for Dad-To-Be:

Let the official baby shower take care of the baby necessities. Give Dad gifts for himself, or gifts that he would have chosen for the baby. Buy him a diaper tool kit, complete with goggles, rubber gloves, tongs, clothespin, and of course, diapering essentials, or a Daddy Gear Diaper Bag.

Gag gifts are fun, too. Or you could buy clothing for the new baby with Dads favorite sports teams logo or matching Dad and Baby t-shirts. Think about necessities like batteries, too. Most likely they wont be on Moms registry, but all parents know that batteries are a hot commodity in any house with children. Be creative.

And dont forget that Dad might need some reading material to get himself up to date on the latest parenting trends. Consider getting him a book on fatherhood, funny or otherwise, or maybe a magazine subscription for daddy, such as American Baby Magazine.

Ask other new dads to think about what toys or objects were particularly helpful when their little ones were inconsolable, and either buy or recommend them for the times when dad-to-be is home alone with Junior.

Comfort Dad:

New Dads are usually pretty stressed out about what there life is going to be like after the new baby comes. Be prepared to have guests tell funny and helpful stories about their own experiences with becoming a daddy. Make it a point to reassure him that his wife is not really crazy, she is just hormonal and this, too, shall pass.

Remember, daddy baby showers don't have to be like the traditional shower, or even called a shower, but you can have one for dad just the same.

Helpful Baby Diaper Changing Tips for 1st Time Parents

Written by Mr.Jongruk on 3:30 AM

By Deborah Torres Patel

Changing diapers is often one of the biggest challenges for first time parents. Here are some helpful baby diaper changing tips to make you feel like a pro in no time.

A baby's skin is incredibly sensitive. Especially in the early days when you are changing diapers very frequently, the last thing you want your baby to get is a nasty diaper rash. Therefore, many pediatricians recommend that you use simple disposable cotton squares dipped in water to wipe your baby's bottom instead of commercial baby wipes.

Always make sure you dry your baby's bottom with a tissue after wiping.

FOR GIRLS
Never wipe from the rectum forward, because this can easily bring fecal bacteria into the urethra and vaginal area. Instead, wipe front-to-back (just as girls and women do after using the toilet to prevent bladder infections). Also, separate the labia and cleanse lightly to remove and clean all matter. Do not scrub as this will irritate your baby's delicate parts.

FOR BOYS
Plan to get squirted. Your boy will probably also wet his own clothes and maybe even squirt himself in the face occasionally. When you get skillful at diapering, you'll be able to hold a wad of toilet tissue or a clean diaper over his penis with one hand while washing/drying with the other hand.

Keep in mind that your baby's urine is only water and is sterile when it first comes out. So having a sense of humor about changing your baby boy's diapers will go a long way in the beginning until you master this very necessary skill.

Some parents prefer to point the penis down as they put on a fresh diaper. Otherwise, boys tend to pee up and the urine may go out the top of the diaper. It is definitely best to point the penis down until the umbilical cord falls off. Keeping the umbilical cord dry is optimal.

Make sure to clean under the scrotum, where fecal matter can become hidden. If your baby boy has not been circumcised, his foreskin will not yet retract so don't try to make it do so - just wash it with a cotton pad.

If the newborn has just been circumcised, you probably would have received instruction in circumcision care. Some procedures involve a plastic ring that gets no special care, or just a dab of petroleum jelly or antibiotic ointment. Other procedures involve a gauze pad that will need to be removed at each diaper change. Dab at the circumcision with a clean, wet cotton ball. You may have been instructed to apply petroleum jelly to the wound or to a new gauze pad. If this is so, then re-wrap the wound. (Look out for discharge or odor and call the doctor if it ever appears to be infected.)

Cloth Diaper Changing Tips:
1. Traditional cloth diapers need pins (or diaper covers). If you keep the pins stuck in a bar of soap, they'll slide through cloth diapers more easily.

2. Put two fingers of your left hand (if you're right-handed) between the diaper and the baby so if the pin sticks someone, it's you.

3. Beware of the possibility of pins unpinning and sticking your baby. Make sure you're not using a "kite" fold that has a pin in the middle over the genital area or stomach, which could be damaged by a loose pin. This should not happen, however, if you are using diaper pins ๏ฟฝ because they have a safety latch. Never use ordinary safety pins for securing your baby's diapers.)

4. If the cloth diapers you bought or were given are not pre-folded, but instead are the large cloth rectangle diapers, you have several options for how to fold them of your choice.

Baby Shower Prizes and Favors

Written by Mr.Jongruk on 3:26 AM

By Jeanette Pollock

The focus of every baby shower is helping provide the mother to be with the tools she will need to fully care for her new little one. Your baby shower will be no different! But offering your guests baby shower prizes and favors that they can take home with them to thank them for their gifts and commemorate the special day is a gesture that is well worth the time spent in preparation.

What Baby Shower Prizes Will You Choose?

Your baby shower guest list will likely include everyone from an 80 year old grandmother to a childless career minded adult to a few kids of all ages and men. What prizes will make all of these people happy? Thats the challenge. Here are a few ideas for your baby shower game prizes:

* Purchase a variety of prize types and mark them so that you know who to hand to whom when a winner of a certain age or gender is ready to claim their prize.

* Everyone has to eat! Gift certificates for a pound of candy or dinner at a local restaurant will be appreciated by all.

* For girls only parties, gifts like picture frames, picture albums, candles, and bath and beauty products like bubble bath and hand lotion will suit anyone.

What Baby Shower Favors Will You Choose?

Baby shower favors are somewhat more challenging than prizes for the games. You may create bags for the men, bags for the women, and bags for kids if you like, but its easier if you have something that you can give to everyone. Remember, the focus of the baby shower is the baby and the new mom, so the favors can focus on that rather than the guest in particular. Here are some ideas:

* Small puzzles

* Inexpensive handheld games

* Chocolate

* A small picture frame for the new babys picture

* A small candle and holder

Make Your Own Baby Shower Favors

A fun game for your baby shower could involve your guests making their own baby shower favors as one of the games. Perhaps you could provide doll parts so that everyone can create their own baby, craftier friends may be interested in using fabric paints on quilt squares to create hankies even a do it yourself cookie decorating party with some take home boxes make a great baby shower favor and take the pressure off you of coming up with another baby shower game!

Party Ideas for Celebrating a Baptism

Written by Mr.Jongruk on 3:27 AM

By Gail Leino

Sometimes it can be hard to come up with party ideas to celebrate a baptism. The baptism is a religious event during which a young child or an adult is baptized with water to officially make them members of a religion such as with Baptists or Methodists. Often those whove experience the baptism want to celebrate it with a small party. These parties can be geared towards kids or adults or both. You can make the party as involved or as simple as you like, there are no real rules associated with holding a party to commemorate the baptism as long as its suitable and fun for you.

Those looking to hold a party can find plenty of party supplies with religious themes suitable for a party celebrating the baptism. You can purchase paper plates with gold and silver edging and a gold or silver cross emblazoned in the center. This is the same for napkins, and tablecloths. To accent these party supplies with decoration you can pick up hanging dangles in gold and silver colors, streamers, wall hangings and lots of other kinds of decoration. Dont forget to pick up some balloons.

A more kids focused event can feature one of the childs favorite television characters. Lots of kids like Disney characters. How about the Disney Princesses party theme for a little girls baptism? This would be a great theme for the party and give the guest of honor a chance to unwind and have a little bit of fun after the more serious ceremony. You can hand out party favors of feather boas and wands and get paper supplies featuring group shots of the Disney Princesses. These princesses would be Snow White, Ariel, Sleeping Beauty, Beauty from Beauty and the Beast, and even Cinderella. Dont forget to send out the invitations.
